Stacey has nearly a decade of experience in the service industry ranging from patient care to policy work and project management. During her years of being a care provider she had a passion for identify waste and problem solving to provide the best quality care for her patients while being efficient. Advancing in her career from direct patient care to the administrative side of the service industry.
While completing her undergraduate degree she worked for one of the largest government health systems in Oregon as a project coordinator. During this time, she oversaw a learning management system software optimization project. In addition, she was apart of the audit team, risk management team, infection prevention planning and supervised the customer experience survey.
Stacey is a self-starter and detail oriented. Her strongest skills are in systems thinking, quality improvement, and quality assurance. Stacey is a motivated visionary; she loves finding creative solutions to problems and is adaptable to changes.
When Stacey is not working on innovative problem solving, she is a power lifter, loves being outdoors and is an artist.
